About the Role:
Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join their team in Worthington, OH. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests for assistance
• Support clinical staff with basic patient care tasks and documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting is a plus
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings or weekends
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• We will prefer someone with experience working with someone who has dementia (A PLUS)
