Job Description
Do you spot issues before alarms trigger? Can you read a schematic, isolate a fault, and get a cell back online—fast? Mural is teaming up with a global manufacturer of engineered components for automotive and industrial markets, focused on reducing noise, vibration, and harshness. We’re looking for someone who loves the challenge of keeping automated lines steady, safe, and efficient in a high-volume environment.
Your MissionProtect uptime, elevate reliability, and ensure equipment performs to exacting quality and delivery standards. Every decision you make has a visible impact on output and customer satisfaction.

- You rapidly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems to keep production moving.
- You respond to breakdowns with urgency and precision, minimizing disruption.
- You improve PM programs and reliability practices that reduce unplanned downtime.
- You rely on manuals, schematics, and blueprints to plan the right repair, the first time.
- You diagnose faults on PLC-controlled systems—programming typically not required.
- You partner with production to identify repeat issues and implement long-term fixes.
- You document clearly in CMMS so history drives better decisions.
- You lead with safety and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement.
- You support installs, commissioning, and validation for new equipment.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role.
- Strong troubleshooting prowess across both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hands-on time with motors, drives, conveyors, and automated machines.
- Ability to read and apply schematics and technical documentation.
- Comfort with PLC systems for troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Cool under pressure in a fast-paced setting with tight timelines.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends when required.
- Multi-craft experience (electrical + mechanical).
- Background in high-volume or highly automated environments.

A conveyor stalls on a critical cell. You scan the HMI, verify I/O, check a VFD fault code, and trace the issue back to a tripped sensor. Minutes later, production is back online—safely and to spec. That’s the kind of impact you’ll have, every shift.
