Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents
• Conduct routine exercises, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by our Physical Therapy team
• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting changes to our Physical Therapy team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, including notes, charts, and reports
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to our center's infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• CPR certification

• Valid PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
