About the Role:

As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to enhance our center's visibility and reputation. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will also assist with promoting our center's services, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and facilitating referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to advance our center's reputation and visibility

• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and referrals

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote our center's services and programs

• Provide education and training to caregivers and healthcare professionals on our center's services and programs

• Participate in community events and conferences to promote our center and services

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referrals
