Mortgage Loan Officer

• Average first-year earning potential of $100K+ based on performance
• Base pay of 50K plus uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new mortgage lending opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, business partners, and clients
• Guide borrowers through home financing and refinance options while delivering excellent customer service
• Review financial and credit information to support loan qualification and application accuracy
• Maintain a strong pipeline of lending opportunities and meet production goals
• Ensure complete and compliant loan documentation throughout the lending process

• Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or relationship-driven sales preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
• Knowledge of residential lending products and credit evaluation processes preferred
