Plainfield, Indiana | On-Site | Full-Time | Monday – Friday + Overtime as Required  

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re hiring a Carpenter to work on custom outdoor living projects across Plainfield, Indianapolis, and surrounding Central Indiana communities. You’ll build and install patio covers, pergolas, motorized screens, and louvered roof systems for residential and commercial customers. This full-time position offers a vehicle allowance, plus additional earning opportunities through crew leadership and performance incentives. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Install custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens 

• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials at job sites 
• Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively 
• Communicate with customers during installations and represent the company professionally 

• Train and support crew as needed 

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Proven construction, carpentry, or installation experience (3 to 5 years) 

• Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings 

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship 
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
• Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly 

• Comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment 

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
