Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with a range of conditions and diagnoses

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-management

About the Role:

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations, including those with acute and chronic conditions, as well as those with complex rehabilitation needs.

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist License: Current physical therapy license in the state of South Dakota

• Education: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: (to be filled)
