Location: Joplin, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Joplin, MO that produces quality ingredients used by dog food companies. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment and who take pride in safety and quality. As a Production Worker, you will support daily operations by helping ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varying conditions.
