Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Assemblers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in New York Mills. This position starts at $16.25 per hour and offers the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in bonuses during your first 90 days. Requirements for the Production Assembler

Ability to accurately use a tape measure and follow measurements and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
Ability to work safely in a production environment
Must be willing to submit to a national criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and participate in team lifts or use lifting equipment when required
Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures

Production Assembler Responsibilities

Assemble components according to detailed instructions and specifications
Work within organized assembly stations with all necessary parts and hardware readily available
Read and follow production documents, measurements, and assembly guidelines
Install parts, nuts, bolts, and components accurately and efficiently
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures, including team lifting requirements and proper use of hoists when necessary

Full-time
Monday through Friday
5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Starting pay: $16.25 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in bonuses within the first 90 days
