Parts & Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer and vendor emails.
• Open, update, and close service work orders as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming parts shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock quantities.
• Order parts as needed to ensure timely service and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate parts availability with technicians and service personnel.
• Perform general administrative tasks supporting both the sales and service departments.
• Operate a forklift to unload shipping container trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and clean parts and service area.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, service coordination, parts, or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive/heavy machinery parts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory/work order systems.
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
