Assembly Associate – Day Shift (Gerald, MO) Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Assembly Associates for a full-time, day shift opportunity in Gerald, Missouri. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assembly Associates will help support production by assembling valves used in refrigeration systems and chemical dispensing units. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with competitive starting pay ranging from $15.60 to $17.10 per hour, based on experience.

Assembly Associate Responsibilities

• Perform all assembly operations within assigned valve assembly work centers
• Match, fit, and assemble parts and subassemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
• Conduct required testing operations to ensure product quality and functionality
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Adapt to changes in processes, priorities, and production demands

Work Schedule – Day Shift

• Plant 1: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
• Plant 2: Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–3:45 PM; Friday 6:30 AM–11:30 AM

Requirements for the Assembly Associate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
