Assembly Worker (1st Shift) – Owensville, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Assembly Worker in Owensville, MO. This full-time, 1st shift opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want a consistent weekday schedule in a manufacturing environment. Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, full-time
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime as needed
• Pay rate: $15.75 per hour

Requirements for the Assembly Worker

• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous assembly or production experience is helpful but not required
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

Assembly Worker Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components following instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete tasks
• Measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
