Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Hello, we are looking for some childcare for our (almost) 2-year-old son. He is extremely bright and we would love the person that works with him to be lighthearted, fun loving, and be able to structure activities and someone who will take him outside. We are not looking for somebody who wants to park him in front of the tv all day. We both work in healthcare and our hours are variable. But the evenings are mostly when we would need help. We would need help with meals and cleaning up after meals. He is not potty trained (yet) so there would be diapering involved. We are both non smoking professionals, who would prefer somebody that does not smoke.
