Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 active boys. The job would require pickup from school and daycare (15 minutes from home) for parent working non-traditional hours. The days of the week may vary, but hours would remain essentially the same. Kids are trained to an evening routine, which would need to be maintained. Oversee play/homework time, dinner (Dinner will already be prepared and ready), and evening grooming. I am looking for someone trustworthy to come alongside our family to help.
