Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Phlebotomist, you play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting accurate and timely diagnostic testing. What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques while following established procedures
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties with confidence and accuracy
- Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required records and documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and coworkers
- Travel to Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed to support business needs
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a positive experience for patients, clients, and team members
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Excellent phlebotomy and specimen handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
- Ability to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Keyboard and data entry experience
- Flexible availability to support weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
