Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques while following established procedures
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties with confidence and accuracy
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required records and documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and coworkers
• Travel to Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed to support business needs
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a positive experience for patients, clients, and team members

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Excellent phlebotomy and specimen handling skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
• Ability to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Flexible availability to support weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
