Location: Forest Lake, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday; shifts may vary between 6:45am-5:30pm (including opening, mid, and closing shifts as needed)

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient's presence
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
- Maintain required records, documentation, and confidentiality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a safe and professional environment
- Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
- Work independently while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Keyboard and data entry experience
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing staffing needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
