Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

As a Roofing Field Supervisor, you will supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.
Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors
Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
Daily travel in the home market
Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to work overtime as needed
- 1-3 years industry experience preferred
Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
