We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Clinton, NJ.Job DetailsSalary: From $50,000 to $80,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Clinton, NJ 08809Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify service needs.Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details and service requirements.Provide accurate cost estimates and time of completion for services, and obtain customer authorization.Monitor service progress, communicate updates to customers, and manage approvals for any changes.Administer warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.Confirm service appointments by telephone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up calls.Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure service quality and communicate results to customers.Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.Why Join Us?At Madison Honda, you will receive comprehensive training and competitive compensation while working in a professional environment that values dedication and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:QualificationsMinimum of two years experience as a service advisor.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license for the state of employment with a clean driving record.Positive attitude and high-energy personality.Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.Professional appearance and strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
