This position requires a hands-on approach and a high level of proficiency in managing physical tasks associated with delivery and installation. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth installation of high-end appliances, helping maintain the prestige and reliability that Electronic Express is known for. This role is not remote and requires the candidate to be present at various installation sites to carry out their duties effectively.

• Deliver and install premium appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and more to customer premises.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that the installation area is prepped according to specifications.
• Manage all aspects of installation, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC connections as per requirements.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately install appliances according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Drive company box trucks to and from delivery locations safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction with the installation services.
• Work closely with builders and contractors to coordinate installation schedules and details.
• Handle tools and equipment needed for delivery and installation tasks with care and precision.
• Assess operational issues in appliance functioning post-installation and resolve them promptly.
• Record details of installations and customer interactions to maintain service quality and continuity.

• Proven experience in delivering and installing premium appliances like Thermador, Wolf, Viking, and Sub-Zero is necessary.
• Complete knowledge of installation processes for high-end appliances.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to varying situational demands.
• Carpentry experience to handle intricate installation requirements.
• Familiar with the usage of hand tools, and understanding of plumbing and electrical wiring systems.
• HVAC knowledge required for connecting and setting up appliances that require climate control connections.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving box trucks.
• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and blueprints to accurately execute installation projects.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with builders and homeowners.
