Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a vibrant and supportive rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapy care and ensure effective treatment plans are in place for all patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with team members during conferences to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
- Utilize advanced therapy equipment and tools, including treadmills, RT300, and Bioness systems.
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license in Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
