CT/X-Ray Technologist Schedule
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shifts are 4x10 hours, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in performing CT and X-Ray procedures and possess a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. This role may require floating to different facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform both CT and X-Ray procedures on adult and pediatric patients.
- Start IVs as required, averaging 8-9 IVs per day.
- Utilize PACS for imaging and ensure accurate documentation in the EPIC system.
- Administer imaging studies, including but not limited to abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal assessments.
- Engage with patients across various age groups, including infants and peds.
- ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with GE and Siemens imaging equipment; Samsung X-Ray experience preferred.
- Proficiency in handling ED CT and X-Ray exams.
- Previous outpatient experience with adults and pediatrics is required.
