CT Tech / Radiology Tech (CT/Rad Tech)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4 days / 10 hours per shift, Monday – Thursday | On-call: Monday, Tuesday, and 2 weekends per rotation
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging using a 64-slice Siemens CT scanner
- Conduct general diagnostic x-ray imaging in a dedicated x-ray room and with portable x-ray equipment
- Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment as needed
- Perform DEXA bone density scans using a Norland DEXA machine
- Document and manage patient imaging records using Cerner charting system
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned per rotation schedule
- Active Kansas state license (KSBHA) required at time of submission
- ARRT certification required at time of submission
- AHA BLS certification required
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
- Hands-on experience with CT imaging (CT certification preferred but candidates with strong CT experience will be considered)
- Experience operating a Norland DEXA machine
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
- Experience with C-arm and portable x-ray equipment in a clinical setting
- 26-week contract opportunity available with a reduced vendor admin fee for qualified travelers
- Opportunity for overtime, billable after 48 hours per week
