About the Shop

A busy, locally owned automotive shop in Shabbona, IL is seeking General Service, C-Level, B-Level, and A-Level Automotive Technicians. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers $25–$45/hour based on experience, skill level, and production, with earning potential of $50,000–$100,000+. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive repairs and preventive maintenance
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs
• Perform engine-performance and drivability repairs
• Complete routine diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Complete accurate and efficient repairs
• Take on more advanced repairs as skills develop

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current or recent professional automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical repair skills
• Routine diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Desire to continue learning and developing skills
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
• Familiarity with shop management software preferred
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred
