RNS and LPNS For Substance Abuse Center

Join our Substance Abuse Center as an RN or LPN, providing compassionate and skilled nursing care within a dedicated professional team. You will play a crucial role in patient monitoring, medication administration, and assessment, collaborating closely with colleagues while reporting to the Nurse Manager. This position requires proficiency in electronic health records and a strong commitment to supporting patients on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' physical and mental health status
• Administer medications according to prescribed protocols
• Conduct substance abuse assessments to inform care plans
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of nursing experience outside of clinicals
• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Proven patient care skills in a clinical setting
• Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred but not required
• Competence in medication administration
• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Ability to educate patients about their care and treatment
