Key Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Sales: Greet customers, uncover their specific needs, present trailer options, discuss finance or leasing process, finalize paperwork, collect payments, and physically hook up trailers for delivery.
• Cultivate Relationships: Maintain consistent communication with active and prospective customers to secure repeat business and generate new referrals.
• Master Product Knowledge: Keep up to date on trailer specifications, towing capacities, and technical details to remain a trusted resource. Learn, maintain, and grow your product knowledge.
• Provide After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction and build lifelong brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Sales Track Record: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Trailer, RV, Power Sports, Heavy Equipment, or related industries.
• Customer Service Focus: Strong background in customer-centric roles with excellent active listening skills.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with an insurable, clean driving history and access to reliable transportation.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient with computers, CRM software, or digital paperwork processing.
• Professional References: Ability to provide verifiable professional references upon request.
