New Home Sales Consultant

As a New Home Consultant, you will be the first impression that customers will have of Little Valley Homes. Just be yourself Natural,Well Informed, Organized,Positive, Happy to Help and you will do GREAT! We have a 5 day work week, Saturdays required. Sundays off, and 1 day off during the work week.

Sales Consultants can earn well over $100,000 annually once becoming fully acquainted with our Product and Services:

Base Pay: Commensurate on Experience

OTE (On Target Earnings) for First Year: $60k - $150k

Experienced reps can make well above $150k!

What Tasks will you be responsible for:

• Manage the Sale Process from start to finish
• Provide detailed & accurate product knowledge to our customers including, pricing and assisting with the closing.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customers while providing outstanding customer service
• Daily follow up with current, existing and potential leads
• Maintain notes and updates in our sales system about your customer
• Keep customer updated on construction start and completion dates
• Ensure Model homes are in good marketable condition at all times
• Continual learning is important to us and we hope it is to you. Find opportunities to continue to grow with our company

About you / What you should know:

• Associates Degree Preferred, but not required
• Equivalent training in sales and marketing
• Minimum 2 years of New Home Sales experience in the Housing Market with Demonstrated track record of success, both in sales and customer satisfaction
• Computer Skill Required: including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Be proficient in social media including: Facebook, Craigslist, Instagram
• Able and Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must maintain an active and working personal mobile phone
• Presents self in a neat, clean, and professional manner, always :)
