Now Hiring: Yard Management Associate

Location: Compton, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour to start
Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Rotating Fridays
• Full-time availability required

Job Duties:

• Direct truck and trailer traffic throughout the yard
• Arrive and depart trailers using the Yard Management System (YMS)
• Perform yard audits and trailer inventory checks
• Track trailer locations and movements
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse personnel
• Maintain a safe and organized yard environment

Qualifications:

• Prior yard management, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or gatehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn YMS software
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
