Job Title: Utility Worker/Machine Operator

Location: Warsaw, IN 46580

Duration: 06+ Months

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. On W2 Without any Benefits

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (M-F)

Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Metal Finishing / Electropolish Line Operator or machine Operator  responsible for the safe and efficient operation of anodizing and electropolishing production lines.
• The role involves performing metal finishing processes, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring products meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and ISO standards.
• Candidates should have experience with surface treatment, chemical processing, inspection procedures, and production documentation.
• The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining consistent production quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
• Experience in shipping, inspection, or finishing processes preferred
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, documentation systems)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Good visual acuity (including color differentiation)

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / production setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and chemicals
