Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail or commercial settings to promote products and services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
• Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Assist customers with pricing inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product recommendations to maximize sales.
• Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy merchandise or automobile transportation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during commercial driving activities.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store experience or customer service background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or route driving is a plus.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for transactions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to safe lifting practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective client communication and relationship building.
• Familiarity with automobile transportation, merchandising, and organizational skills are advantageous.
• Understanding of DOT regulations and experience in customer relationship management is desirable.
