Reports to: VP Product Marketing - Securities

Summary / Job Objective: The Product Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of the Securities product marketing strategy, helping to implement positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives that drive product sales, advisor adoption, and long-term advisor retention. This role assists with performance tracking across marketing efforts and coordinates with Product, Sales, and Marketing/Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Essential Job Functions: The role will support how Securities product solutions (Registered Investment Adviser, Broker-Dealer, and Retirement Plan Services) are positioned across the organization, assisting in turning product insights into clear marketing collateral and campaigns that drive advisor awareness, adoption, and sales. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Product, Securities, Creative, and Compliance teams, to ensure offerings are effectively designed, updated, and supported throughout the distribution channel.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Product Marketing Strategy: Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to define clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with financial advisors and their clients.
· Field & Sales Enablement: Create marketing collateral, training content, presentation decks, product one-pagers, and campaign materials tailored for internal Sales team, advisors, and consumer clients.
· Drive Advisor Engagement: Create, manage and enhance advisor marketing programs and campaigns that help drive advisor retention and engagement.
· Advisor Engagement Support: Help maintain and enhance advisor marketing programs and campaigns. Assist with the administrative setup and distribution of marketing materials aimed at driving advisor retention.
· Campaign Execution: Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns that promote product awareness, sales opportunities, and advisor recruitment or activation. Support product launches and enhancements by tracking deliverables and timelines across teams.
· Analytics & Reporting: Gather, track, and organize sales and campaign performance data and KPIs. Assist in creating reports to measure product marketing effectiveness and highlight areas for optimization.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a project coordinator working closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Compliance teams to ensure all marketing assets are aligned, approved, and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications:
· 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, insurance, or wealth management.
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related business field.
· Foundational understanding of financial and/or insurance products, with a strong interest in learning the nuances of the various Securities lines of business
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail when developing presentations, campaigns, communications, collateral, and fact sheets.
· Proficiency with sales and marketing software, including project management tools, CRMs, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace to build, execute, and track campaigns and projects.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation (based on experience)
- Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000, exempt
- Annual performance bonus target: 5%
