Customer Service / Sales Representative

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong administrative and computer skills? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Process customer purchase orders (P.O.s) accurately and efficiently
• Enter and maintain customer data
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with order processing and account management
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Data entry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience using ERP systems required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Experience processing purchase orders (P.O.s)
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
