Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations and support a medium-sized team of 10-25 staff members. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and Owner and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, ensuring smooth restaurant functioning and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities and performance
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address guest concerns
• Plan and create employee schedules to meet business needs
