With over thirty years of experience, the company combines offices in Cornwall, Ontario and manufacturing facilities in China and Dominican Republic to serve global markets efficiently.

Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time position in the Cornwall and SD&G area. This role supports the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Coordinator communicates with customers and internal departments to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics, updating sales systems, and assisting with sales presentations and documentation. The role also involves monitoring inventory and sales forecasts, supporting account managers, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to support client relationships and address inquiries and issues professionally.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, Word, CRM systems) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in the Cornwall and SD&G area and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
