• Experience: Previous experience in automotive service writing or high-end hospitality is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern CRM and DMS platforms (e.g., Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
