Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist requiring ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification with 2+ years of specialty experience for a Rochester, MN clinic.
Details
- Work in the CT Body unit of a clinic setting
- Multiple shift options available including 6:30a-5p with Wednesdays off, 6:30a-3p Monday-Friday, and 7a-3:30p Monday-Friday
- Assignment lengths of 13 or 26 weeks depending on position
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Must maintain flexibility to work varied hours, shift lengths, and locations
- May be required to respond to an on-call pager including days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends
- Uses Epic for charting
- On-site position with no teleworking options
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field required
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program required
- ARRT - Radiography (R) certification required
- ARRT - Computed Tomography (CT) certification required
- BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
- License required if applicable
- Active license required with no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience required, and/or 3 total travel assignments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Ability to work independently in an organized, efficient, and multifunctional manner

- Produce high-quality diagnostic images meeting departmental standards
- Demonstrate competence with a variety of imaging equipment and technology
- Practice safety guidelines for self, support personnel, and patients
- Foster teamwork through effective communication with the care team
- COVID vaccination and booster required for consideration
- Facility may call off or cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment due to low census
- Travelers may remain on assignment up to one calendar year from initial start date, after which a 30-60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
