Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Technician in the central region. This position involves working in a fast-paced interventional radiology unit performing a variety of complex procedures. The role requires collaboration with a team of radiology professionals, and the schedule generally includes day shifts with flexible hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, typically 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current ARRT certification, BLS certification, and WI state license. AHA or ARC certifications are also required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional catheterization procedures, vascular procedures, or neurology interventions.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing high-quality radiologic exams, interventional medical sonography, cone beam computed tomography with three-dimensional reconstruction, and complex interventional procedures including vascular and neuro cases. Epic charting experience is highly preferred.
- Float: Float to other locations within the central region may be required if needed.
- On Call/Call Back: 1-2 weeknight calls per week as needed, with a 30-minute response time. Call back minimum of 2 hours, including rotating weekends and holidays as required.
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a team of 1 RN and 2 radiologic technologists, and responsibilities include performing a variety of procedures in a high-volume environment. Scrub colors are flexible. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers are required to wear masks at all times, with no exceptions.
