Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position available in a healthcare facility setting. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures across various departments, including Surgery and general floors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in operating a range of radiologic equipment and possess the necessary certifications to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with varied start times at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, California Fluoro permit, California radiologic license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with GE, general radiography, R & F (Radiography & Fluoroscopy), Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms, and O-Arm equipment is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role requires performing X-ray procedures on all floors, within the department, and in surgical environments. The position includes a call requirement of 3 days per month, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM during weeknights, and 24/7 coverage on weekends, with a 30-minute response time. The candidate must be prepared to park off-site at the Scottish Rite Center and use shuttle services or LYFT for transportation, with a hangtag provided for the duration of the assignment. The hospital retains the right to cancel up to 4 shifts within a 13-week period or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
