**Join Our Dynamic Radiologic Team!** **Job Description:** - Administer roentgen rays and radioactive substances to patients - Operate X-ray equipment with precision and expertise - Develop film and prepare advanced imaging modalities - Follow prescribed techniques for general and specific X-rays - Adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal outcomes - Determine proper voltage, current, and exposure times - Arrange immobilization and support devices for patient positioning - Adjust lead shields and select appropriate film - Prepare barium and other chemical mixtures for X-ray procedures - Observe and monitor patients and machines during exams - Report unusual occurrences and record patient conditions - Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting X-ray rooms and equipment - Explain procedures to patients and families for a positive experience - Provide mobile X-ray services directly in patient rooms - Inspect emergency trays and prepare weekly reports - Maintain stock supplies and perform general office duties - Develop and maintain radiographic technique charts - Deliver formal and informal education based on identified needs for staff/peers **Requirements:** - BLS certification (must attach certification from the American Heart Association) - RD ARRT certification (must attach to submission packet) - SC Radiology Tech license (must attach to submission) - Registration with the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) (must attach to submission) - Familiarity with GE X-ray equipment, portables, and OEC (GE) C-arms in the OR - Flexibility with shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm (no on-call or weekend shifts) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
