Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position in Wausau, Wisconsin, is a travel opportunity within a healthcare facility. The role involves operating GE and Siemens CT scanners, adhering to safety and clinical standards, and providing diagnostic imaging services. The assignment offers a flexible schedule with varied start times and shifts, and ensures set hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Wausau, WI
- Shift: Varied start times between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM, with 5-8 hour shifts and 4-10 hour shifts
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week minimum
- Contract Duration: 09/08/2026 to 12/05/2026
- Certifications: ARRT CT; WI State; BLS (AHA or ARC certifications required upon submittal)
- Experience: At least 2 years of CT experience
- Charting: Epic experience preferred
- Skills: Experience with GE and Siemens scanners required; strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability, and social skills preferred
- Floats: May be required to float to other nearby facilities if needed
- On-Call: Eligible for on-call hours that count toward low census unbillable hours, with a 2-hour minimum for callbacks.
- Additional Notes: During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per policy. GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week. Holiday rotation occurs every other week.
