Physical Therapist Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to take on occasional hospital shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatment to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The position requires 10-hour workdays on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Qualifications- Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Shared housing will be provided at no cost for out-of-area candidates.
