Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in New York. We are expecting our second child in about a week and our current nanny is leaving for graduate school at around the same time. So we need someone who can help with our 2-year-old while his mom recovers from childbirth for a few weeks. He starts a 2s program in September but there will likely be an opportunity to continue on when the newborn is a few months old (and we could also use a few hours for our 2-year-old even when he starts the 2s program. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who has college degree.
