Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking in home childcare for our toddler while I work from home. We can provide a few Fridays off a month. Responsibilities include engaging in indoor/outdoor play, supporting developmental milestones (speech, motor skills, early learning), reading, crafts, and age-appropriate activities. Must follow daily routines, prepare simple meals/snacks (cutting/heating only), and assist with light cleanup of child-related areas such as toys and play areas. Qualifications: Gentle parenting approach, reliable/punctual, comfortable with potty training, handling toddler emotions calmly, and comfortable with cameras in the home.
