Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My husband and I are expecting our second child at the beginning of December. I am currently a stay at home mom and am probably going to need some help once the new baby arrives. Ideally we are looking for someone who can be a helping hand for both our toddler and the newborn and work alongside me to help care for both children. Currently, I try to get my toddler out of the house to go shopping or do an activity every day. They love playing in the water, running around, reading books, playing with blocks, and much more. Id like to maintain some semblance of a routine for my toddler while I navigate the finding a new balance with the second baby.
