Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Hello! I need a nanny for my 3-year-old, who has JdVS syndrome (very similar to Downs). $21 hourly pay, PTO accrual, and 401k matching would be provided by my state agency. We are approved for 9 hours a week, but my schedule is flexible. She is in school in the mornings, so I'd like someone available for 3 afternoons a week for 3hr shifts and one evening monthly for date nights. She naps each afternoon so it would actually be a really easy job! She is easy going, silly, and sweet. She is non-verbal and communicates with pointing and some easy sign language. She is a complete joy and loves people, books, barbies, and music.
