Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am a working parent looking for a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver for my 2-year-old child. My child is nonverbal and communicates in different ways, so I need someone who is comfortable being patient, attentive, and learning their individual cues and needs. They also have a limited/picky diet and do not eat like a typical 2-year-old, so help with meals and following their preferred/safe foods is important.
