Job Title: Machine Press Operator, 2nd Shift - NO weekends & WEEKLY pay!
Pay Rate: $20.59/hr. - $20.94/hr.
Hours: 1st shift for training Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Move to 2nd shift once trained Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am
Length: Temp to hire
Location: Neenah
Requirements:
- Press operator experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-directed with minimal supervision
- Accurately calculate quantities and measurements
- Frequent 50lb lifting and occasional 70lb lifting with bending, twisting, and rotating
Responsibilities:
- Install and change punches, knives, and unit punches
- Adjust machine settings for quality and job changes
- Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on the press
- Ensure packaging and labeling are correct
