Apstar Operator

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM
Location: Conway, AR Area

Penmac Staffing is hiring an Apstar Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Conway area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a production environment and take pride in producing quality products.

Requirements for the Apstar Operator

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read work orders and production paperwork
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to use hand tools and perform minor machine adjustments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment

Apstar Operator Responsibilities

Set up and operate the Apstar machine according to production specifications
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
Complete production records and downtime documentation
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist with training and supporting helpers when needed
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
Work around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a loud production setting
