Role Overview

As our Lead Commercial Service Technician, you will:

• Service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
• Lead and mentor developing technicians, helping shape the next generation of talent
• Play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Licensing & Requirements
• • Valid driver’s license
  • Recognized technical training
  • EPA certification
  • Pre‐hire drug screen and background check

Technical Skills

·       Ability to read and interpret safety rules, O&M manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

·       Ability to draft routine service reports

·       Comfortable with the physical demands of the role

·       Familiarity with:

o   Commercial package units (all sizes)

o   Water‐source heat pumps

o   Heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, chillers

o   Control valves

o   Building automation and control systems

·    Strong critical‐thinking and diagnostic skills
