CNA/Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional Caregiver/CNA to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of medically fragile teens and young adults with intellectual disabilities. If you are compassionate and love to care for others, this is the right job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Work with clients on recreational activities and implementation of their individual service plans.
• Communicate ongoing care with nursing team and families.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is preferred
• Experience working with patients with intellectual disabilities is a plus
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
