Reach Truck & Dock Stocker Forklift Operator

Seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck & Dock Stocker Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, store, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the distribution center. Candidates must be flexible with shift start and end times based on operational demands and overtime requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.

Pick, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory within warehouse locations.

Load and unload trailers while following warehouse procedures.

Accurately scan products using RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy.

Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.

Perform order fulfillment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.

Follow inventory control procedures including FIFO and location accuracy.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating a Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklift.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.

Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work at elevated heights while operating warehouse equipment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to work overtime when required.
